Refunds/ Cancellation Policy

At 1XL Invite, we understand the importance of flexibility when engaging with our platform for events and speaking engagements. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all parties involved.

Event Cancellations

• Cancellation by the Host (Jainam & Jivika): In the rare event that a scheduled event must be cancelled or rescheduled by the hosts, 1XL Invite will notify all participants and organisers as soon as possible. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or, if applicable, a full refund of any payments made towards the event.
• Cancellation by the Inviting Organisation: If an event or speaking engagement is cancelled by the inviting organisation (educational institutions, NGOs, businesses, etc.), no refund will be provided unless otherwise specified in the agreement between 1XL Invite and the organiser. We recommend confirming all event details before finalising the invitation to avoid any misunderstandings.

Changes to Event Details

Should there be any significant changes to the event, such as changes in the schedule, content, or speakers, 1XL Invite will notify the organiser and participants promptly. While we strive to accommodate any adjustments, no refunds will be provided for minor changes to event details unless the changes significantly affect the nature of the engagement.

Refunds

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally not provided once an event has been confirmed and the arrangements are made. However, in exceptional cases, where cancellations or significant changes occur, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.
• Refund Process: Any requests for refunds must be made in writing via email to [Company E-Mail] within a reasonable time frame following the cancellation notice. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 days from the date of approval.

Force Majeure

1XL Invite is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies. In the event of such situations, 1XL Invite will work with organisers to reschedule events or provide alternative solutions. No refunds will be issued in cases of force majeure.

Final Decisions

1XL Invite reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refunds, cancellations, and event modifications, ensuring fairness and clarity in all processes.
